I believe in the dignity, worth, value, and wholeness of every person. I do not try to correct, change, or convince anyone that there is something external they need for happiness. Rather, I listen, explore, process, and assist my clients in recognizing how much value they have inside of themselves. My job is to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space to allow for quality inner work. If you think we will be a match, I would love to work with you!

Hi, I'm Gail

My name is Gail Garner, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began my career working with children and families in the foster care system. I progressed to working with individuals outside the foster care system. I have always loved working with children, families, and individuals; but I especially love working with young to middle-aged women, because I relate to the many transitions that women face- from college graduation, to job searching, to dating, self-discovery, and having children, My personal philosophy is that we suffer the most when we believe that what we need is something outside of us, as opposed to recognizing that everything we need for joy, growth, and self-discovery lies inside of us. My special talent is my intuition, compassion, self awareness (which leads to other awareness) and my ability to recognize the internal gifts that so many are unaware of. It is my greatest honor to be able to participate in my client's journey towards healing and self-discovery.

In additional to having my clinical license in the state of Georgia, I am also a Certified Enneagram Professional (certified through the IEA, as well as various Enneagram certification programs) and I am a Certified Parenting Coach through Dr. Shefali Tsabary's Conscious Parenting Institute. I utilize all these skills to assist my clients in having a deeper connection and understanding of themselves, so they can, in return, have a deeper understand of and connection with others.
